Notes to Unconsolidated Financial Statements At 31 December 2021 INFORMATION RELATED TO UNCONSOLIDATED FINANCIAL POSITION AND RISK MANAGEMENT (Continued) The scope and level of information providing the opportunity to assess the creditworthiness of the counterparty shall be differentiated depending on the volume of the transaction to be realized, the level of the CCR and/or the counterparty. For counterparties except banks, the counterparty credit risk limits are determined based on credit allocation policies. In case of deterioration of market conditions or in case of deterioration of credit quality of some counterparties, limits are reviewed and necessary changes are made. The related approvals identified for loan allocation process are applied for corporate and individual customers, excluding banks. In case of detoriation in market conditions and/or in the credit quality of the borrower company/group, the related company/group limits are reviewed and necessary actions are taken. For the loan allocation process approvals of Board of Directors or the relevant committee approvals authorized by the Board of Directors are applied. In case of significant changes in market conditions and/ or structure or financials of the related company/group, the related company/group limits are reviewed and necessary actions are taken. Collateralization principles and procedures are applied for counterparties other than financial institutions within the framework of credit policies and application principles currently applied in the Bank. The potential, current and maximum risk amounts of the transactions are calculated/determined in order to determine the CCR.
