Obligations related to employee rights The provision for severance pay is calculated based on the present value of the potential obligation that the bank will be required to pay upon the employees’ retirement, in accordance with Turkish Labor Law. As of 31 December 2024 and 31 December 2023, the ceiling for severance pay is TL 46,655.43 (Full TL) and TL 35,058.58 (Full TL), respectively.
