PROJECT MANAGEMENT Information security Projects are being developed by further enhancing compliance with legal regulations based on the highest level of sensitivity and best practices in information security. • “Network Access Control” Project: The project has been implemented, ensuring the automatic detection and isolation of endpoint issues, intrusions, and sudden, unexpected cyber incidents at the system level. • “Topology Optimization” Project: Work has been completed to ensure the transition of the network and security topology to the layered architecture specified in the legislation. • “Hardening” Project: To eliminate potential security vulnerabilities and minimize security risks, the configuration has been hardened, resulting in improved regulatory compliance and increased product efficiency. Operational processes PASHA Bank coordinates its processes for business process, user experiences improvements and annual review of policies, regulations and procedures in accordance with these improvements to provide higher quality services for its internal and external customers. With the Document Signing and Publication Process Automation project, the processes for approving and publishing all internal regulatory documents have been digitalized through the Document Approval System designed within “Portal”, which is PASHA Bank’s internal communication platform. The developments made have played a significant role in our pursuit of sustainability and establishing a green office, enhancing both efficiency and user experience in our operational processes. In the project management process, continuity has been ensured by annually reviewing and revising Information Systems and Electronic Banking Services Regulations, Group methodology and adhering to risk management practices. Additionally, internal training sessions have been conducted to inform employees about the processes in relation with the Innovation and Project Management Methodology. Digital journal The digital journal titled “PBT Perspektif” has been launched and published, made available to all The Bank employees. The journal, which will cover developments within the Bank, products, external news, interviews, events, social responsibility initiatives, awards, and “bizbize” news, will be issued every 6 months. Infrastructure A project has been initiated to ensure compliance with the regulations by participating in “Open Banking Services”, which require account service providers to deliver the essential infrastructure through the “BKM API Gateway” as mandated by the CBRT’s Regulation on Payment Services and Electronic Money Issuance and Payment Service Providers. Accessibility As part of PASHA Bank’s principles of social and responsible banking, work has been initiated under the “Accessibility” project to improve access to banking services by providing voice narration and sign language translation of regarding banking services’ agreements on the corporate website. Innovation Program With the awareness that continuing on the path of sustainability requires innovative ideas, PASHA Bank has aimed to foster an internal culture of entrepreneurship and continued its efforts in this direction in 2024. Two separate “PBT Innovation Program” events were held during the year, emphasizing the significance of innovation and the value it will create for the Bank. These events will continue annually to create sustainable innovation awareness, encourage the increase in innovation-driven suggestions, and generate positive synergy.
