Resignation and Appointment of Board Member

Our Board Member Taleh Kazimov resigned from his post and Javid Guliyev was elected by the Board of Directors of our Bank for the vacated membership to be submitted to the approval of shareholders at the first General Assembly Meeting of the Bank.
