Ayşe Hale YILDIRIM

First Deputy CEO and Board Member
Ayşe Ayşe Hale Yıldırım received her Bachelor’s degree at İstanbul University Faculty of Economics and her Master’s degree at İstanbul Bilgi University in the area of Information Management Systems, and her MBA degree at KTO Karatay University.

She started her banking career at Türk Ekonomi Bankası A.Ş. between 1998 and 2004 and worked at various positions in Corporate Banking Department of Finansbank A.Ş. until 2008. Ms. Yıldırım acted as the Marketing Manager and Assistant General Manager of Ekspo Faktoring A.Ş between 2008 - 2013.

Ayşe Hale Yıldırım joined PASHA Investment Bank A.Ş. in 2013 as the Unit Manager responsible for Corporate Marketing. She served as Deputy General Manager in 2016 and as Deputy General Manager between May 17, 2019 and July 25, 2025, as well as Deputy General Manager responsible for Corporate and Commercial Banking, Corporate Communications, Operations, Legal, Project Management and Administrative Affairs. Ayşe Hale Yıldırım currently serves as Deputy General Manager, responsible for System and Network Management, Core Banking, Information Security, Legal, Credits, Credit Monitoring and Human Resources units. She was also elected as a member of the Board of Directors of PASHA Yatırım Bankası A.Ş. on July 25, 2025.

She has 26 years of experience in banking and business administration.

Ender SÖZER
Deputy CEO

Ender Sözer completed her undergraduate studies in the Department of Mathematics Engineering at Istanbul Technical University and her graduate studies in the Department of Banking and Finance at Istanbul Beykent University.

Starting her banking career at Tekfen Yatırım Bankası in 1997 as a Management Trainee, Ender Sözer worked at the Turkish Lira Liquidity Management Desk at the Treasury Department until 2001. Between 2001 and 2005, she served at management positions at the Treasury Department of TAIB Yatırım Bankası in Money Markets and Capital Markets areas and took the position of Head of Treasury in 2011. Ender Sözer, who has held the same position at PASHA Yatırım Bankası A.Ş. since 2015, served as the Director responsible for the Treasury, Financial Institutions and Investor Relations units between June 1, 2019 and July 3, 2025. As of July 3, 2025, She has been serving as Deputy General Manager.

Her business experience in banking and finance is 27 years.

Özlem OĞUZ
Deputy CEO

Özlem Oğuz completed her undergraduate studies in the Department of Business Administration at Marmara University and her graduate studies in the Department of Business Administration at Istanbul Beykent University in 2023.

She started her banking career at ICBC Bank between 2003-2005 and she worked at different positions at the Corporate Banking Department of QNB Finansbank until 2015. Between 2015-2017, Ms. Oğuz worked as a Sales Director in retail sector. She joined PASHA Yatırım Bankası A.Ş. as the Head of Corporate Marketing on 16 October 2017, and she is the Director in charge of Corporate and Commercial Banking between 01 October 2020 – 03 July 2025. Özlem Oğuz has been serving as Deputy General Manager since 03 July 2025.

Her business experience in banking and finance is 20 years.

Farid ALİYEV
Deputy CEO

Farid Aliyev completed his undergraduate studies in the Department of Banking at the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Kafkas University.

He began his banking career at Yapı Kredi Bank Azerbaijan between 2008 and 2009. From 2009 to 2013, he held various positions in the Treasury and Operations Departments at Demir Bank Azerbaijan. Between 2013 and 2015, he served as Director of the Investment Banking Department at PASHA Bank Azerbaijan. From 2015 to 2019, he served as Director of the Treasury and Financial Institutions Department, Deputy CEO, and Executive Committee Member at Ziraat Bank Azerbaijan. Subsequently, between 2019 and 2025, he held the position of Director of Corporate Banking and Treasury at Kapital Bank Azerbaijan.

Farid Aliyev joined PASHA Yatırım Bankası A.Ş. on 30 October 2025 as Deputy General Manager responsible for Financial Planning & Control, Accounting, and Regulatory Reporting Units.

His business experience in banking and finance is 17 years.

Alpaslan YURDAGÜL

Chief Executive Officer and Board Member

Mr. Alpaslan Yurdagül holds a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Boğaziçi University and an MBA in Finance & Marketing from the University of Illinois at Chicago. He began his banking career in 1998 at HSBC Bank A.Ş., where he held various managerial positions in Corporate Banking until 2010. Between September 2010 and May 2012, he served as a senior executive at HSBC Bank A.Ş.

From May 2012 to July 2017, he worked at Odea Bank A.Ş. first as Group Head and subsequently as Deputy CEO responsible for Financial Institutions and Investment Banking. Between July 2017 and November 2019, he served at the same bank as Deputy CEO responsible for Credit Risk (CRO).

Between November 2019 and January 2026, he served as Chief Executive Officer and Member of the Board of Directors of Rabobank A.Ş.’s subsidiary in Türkiye.

Since 30 January 2026, Mr. Alpaslan Yurdagül has been serving as Chief Executive Officer and Member of the Board of Directors at PASHA Investment Bank A.Ş.

He has 28 years of professional experience in banking and business administration.
