This information notice has been prepared by PASHA Yatırım Bankası A.Ş., in its capacity as the data controller, pursuant to Article 10 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 and the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles to be Followed in Fulfilling the Obligation to Inform.
For the purpose of ensuring building security, image recordings are made 24 hours a day, 7 days a week through a total of 29 (Twenty-Nine) security cameras located at the entrance doors, floor corridors and service areas within the head office building, and the recording process is supervised by the Administrative Affairs unit.
The recorded images, which constitute personal data, are processed automatically for security purposes in the form of recording camera footage within the Bank's head office building, based on the legal grounds of “being mandatory for the data controller to fulfill its legal obligation” and “being mandatory for the processing of data for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that this does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject” set forth in Article 5 of the Law, for the purposes of ensuring legal and physical security, serving as a basis for processing carried out within the scope of security and the services provided, and within the scope of obligations arising from the law.
The aforementioned personal data may be transferred to judicial authorities or relevant law enforcement agencies, public institutions and organizations legally authorized to obtain information, and judicial authorities, in the event of a request for the resolution of legal disputes or as required by the relevant legislation.
You may submit your requests within the scope of Article 11 of the Law, which regulates the rights of the data subject, in writing to PASHA Yatırım Bankası A.Ş.'s address at Sultan Selim Mahallesi, Hümeyra Sokak, PASHA Plaza No:2/7 34415 Kağıthane / İstanbul, or via the e-mail address info@pashabank.com.tr using the e-mail address whose membership has been verified, in accordance with the “Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller”.
