(“PASHA Bank”), in its capacity as the data controller, within the scope of Article 10 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (the “Law”) and the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles to be Followed in Fulfilling the Disclosure Obligation.

The purpose of this Cookie Information Text is to inform you about the purposes for which and the types of cookies we use on the website at www.pashabank.com.tr (the “website”), and how you can manage these cookies, with regard to the processing of personal data obtained automatically through the placement of cookies used on the website on your device.

Analytical cookies allow us to determine which pages you visit most frequently, whether you receive error messages from certain pages, how long you use our website, or which pages are the most popular and which are not, thereby enabling us to improve the service we provide. These types of cookies are processed with your explicit consent.

Methods of Collecting Personal Data

Your personal data is collected entirely automatically in electronic environments; pursuant to the Banking Law No. 5411 and other applicable legislation to which we are subject, via cookies due to your use of our bank's website.

Transfer of Personal Data

Your personal data that you have shared with our Bank may be transferred to Authorized Public Institutions and Organizations for the purpose of carrying out activities in compliance with the legislation and upon request from our Bank.

Requests of Data Subjects

Data subjects whose personal data are processed through cookies used on our website may submit their requests within the scope of Article 11 of the Personal Data Protection Law, in accordance with the “Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller”, in writing to Sultan Selim Mahallesi Hümeyra Sokak PASHA Plaza No:2/7 34415 Kağıthane/İSTANBUL or, if their e-mail address is registered in our system, via the said e-mail to the e-mail address info@pashabank.com.tr, or to the registered electronic mail address pashabank.tebligat@hs02.kep.tr.

In applications;

• The name and surname of the Data Subject and, if the application is in writing, their signature,
• For citizens of the Republic of Türkiye, the Turkish ID number, and for foreigners, their nationality, passport number or, if available, ID number,
• The residential or business address for notification purposes,
• If available, the e-mail address, telephone and fax number for notification purposes,
• The subject of the request must be specified, and information and documents relating to the subject must be attached to the application.

Applications will be accepted following identity verification to be carried out by our Bank, and a response will be provided in writing or electronically within the statutory periods.

For written applications; the date on which the document is served on our Bank is the application date. For applications made through other methods; the date on which the application reaches our Bank is the application date.
