The PASHA Bank Sustainability Management System operates as a multi-layered governance model encompassing the creation, implementation, and monitoring of sustainability policies.
Within the governance layer, there is a Sustainability Committee chaired by the CEO and reporting directly to the Board of Directors, convening at least twice a year. Execution is led by the Unit Responsible for Sustainability, in coordination with the Environmental & Social Impact Working Group, the Sustainable Finance Working Group, and the Reporting Working Group, each of which meets at least three times a year.
