PASHA Yatırım Bankası A.Ş., established in Istanbul on 1987 with the title of Yatırım Bank A.Ş. PASHA Bank operated under the management of different capital groups until 2015.

In 2015, after PASHA Bank OJSC, a Baku-based regional financial institution and Azerbaijan’s most capitalized private bank, purchased the majority shares of the Bank, its new title was determined as PASHA Yatırım A.Ş. and its business name was determined as PASHA Bank.

Paid-in capital increased to 500 million TL with PASHA Holding LLC, the dominant partner of the Bank, acquiring a direct share of 49% in 2018.

With the acquisition of 113.748.764 shares owned by PASHA Bank OJSC by PASHA Holding LLC in 2023, the direct share of PASHA Holding LLC in the Bank increased from 49% to 71,75%.

PASHA Bank has been running its operations from its head office located in Istanbul and has no branch offices.

PASHA Bank provides services to entrepreneurs through its corporate, commercial, premium and investment banking products in line, to contribute to the development of trade between Turkey, Azerbaijan and Georgia, and to provide resources and guidance to businesses investing in the region.
